- The user is responsible for all activity on their account.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
By using the 1725 platform, you confirm that you will not use it for any unlawful purpose. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Stealing another user's information or engaging in fraudulent activity.
- Unauthorized access or hacking attempts on the platform's systems.
- Attempting to claim bonuses or benefits through multiple accounts.
- Money laundering or any other financial crime.
- Attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the platform.
If any of the above violations are detected, 1725 reserves the right to terminate the account and forfeit the balance without prior notice.
Payment & Transaction Policy
All transactions on 1725 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer.
Deposit Rules
- Once a deposit request is submitted, payment must be completed within the specified time.
- Transactions may be cancelled if deposit details are incorrect or incomplete.
- Bonuses awarded on deposits must be used in accordance with the applicable bonus terms.
Withdrawal Rules
- Account identity verification (KYC) must be completed before making any withdrawal.

All content on the 1725 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of 1725. Copying, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without permission is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual property rights for third-party games and content displayed on the platform belong to their respective providers.
Account Suspension & Third-Party Matters

1725 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:
- If evidence of a terms violation is found.
- Providing false or fraudulent information during identity verification.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- If fraudulent betting activity is identified.
